Log in to Auclio

Each organization uses its own Auclio environment, called a tenant. Your login address is specific to your organization and usually follows this format:

https://yourcompany.auclio.com

To log in:

  1. Open your organization’s Auclio address in a web browser.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Auclio account.
  3. Enter your password or continue with the available sign-in method.
  4. Select Sign in.

After signing in, you will see the applications available to your account. The applications and administrative options you can access depend on your assigned permissions.

Check that:

  • you are using the correct tenant address;
  • your email address is entered correctly;
  • your account has been created and activated;
  • your browser allows the required sign-in process;
  • you are using the correct authentication method.

If the issue continues, contact your Auclio administrator or support team and provide:

  • your tenant address;
  • the email address you use to sign in;
  • a screenshot or exact text of the error message;
  • the approximate time when the issue occurred.
