Navigate the Auclio interface

What you see after logging in depends on how many applications you can access and which permissions have been assigned to your account.

Tenant homepage #

If you have access to more than one application, you will usually first see your tenant homepage.

The tenant homepage displays the applications available to you. From here, you can:

  • open an existing application;
  • select New application to create a new one, if you have the required permissions;
  • rearrange how applications are displayed;
  • access tenant-level settings, if your role allows it.

Tenant settings #

In the upper-right corner, select Tenant settings to manage tenant-wide configuration.

Depending on your permissions, this area may include:

  • General — basic tenant information and settings;
  • Users — users with access to the tenant;
  • Permissions — tenant-level access and permission configuration.

These options are available only to users with the relevant administrative rights.

User settings #

In the upper-right corner, you can also open User settings.

This area includes personal preferences such as:

  • Appearance
  • Locale and region

These settings apply to your own Auclio experience and do not affect other users.

User menu #

Select your user icon to view the applications available to your account and navigate between them.

When you have access to one application #

If your account has access to only one application, Auclio may open that application immediately after you log in.

In this case, you will not first see the tenant homepage.

You can still use the user menu in the upper-right corner to return to the list of applications available to you, where applicable.

Navigate within an application #

When you open an application, the main application navigation appears together with several controls in the upper-right corner.

The options available depend on your permissions.

Enable layout edit mode #

Use Enable layout edit mode to edit the application interface.

In layout edit mode, users with the required permissions can work with pages and widgets, including their arrangement and configuration.

Application settings #

Select Application settings to manage the application’s underlying structure and behavior.

This area may include:

  • Connections
  • Datasets
  • Workflows
  • Permissions
  • Wizards

These settings are intended for application administrators and builders.

Notifications #

Open Notifications to review notifications related to your account or activity in Auclio.

User settings #

Use User settings to manage your personal appearance, locale, and regional preferences.

User menu #

Select your user icon to leave the current application and navigate to other applications available to your account.

Your available options depend on permissions #

Not every user will see every control described above.

For example:

  • regular users may only be able to open and use an application;
  • application Admins may be able to enable layout edit mode or to manage datasets, connections, workflows, and permissions;
  • tenant administrators may also be able to manage tenant-level users and settings.

If an option is not visible, your account may not have permission to access it.
